    Delegates Gearheart and Shott move to amend the bill in subsection (b)of section one on page three at line thirty two immediately following the word “state” by striking the words “land grant higher education institution, West Virginia State University ” and inserting in lieu thereof “higher education institutions”

AND

in subdivision (5) of subsection (b)of section two on page six at line twenty eight immediately following the first occurrence of the word “University” by striking “and West Virginia State University” and inserting in lieu thereof “the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, Bluefield State College, Concord University, Fairmont State University, Glenville State College, Shepherd University, West Liberty State College and West Virginia State University”

AND

in section three-A on page nine at line nine immediately following the word “to” by striking “and West Virginia State University” and inserting in lieu thereof “the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, Bluefield State College, Concord University, Fairmont State University, Glenville State College, Shepherd University, West Liberty State College and West Virginia State University”
